- Purchase with peace of mind knowing that we offer refunds within the first 7 days of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, a refund will not be administered, but you have the option to return, exchange, or receive store credit. Black Cat is not responsible for damage incurred in transit via carrier. Please read our return policy and contact via email or contact form with any questions!

The subscribed to Black Cat but the code isn't applying - what do I do?

- The welcome code will not automatically apply. Be sure to copy and paste or type the code into the "promo code" textbox and hit submit before checking out to receive your discount!

Do you ship internationally?

- We currently ship within the continental US only.

How are fragile items shipped?

- Fragile items like porcelain village buildings and accessories are wrapped with extreme care, and is inspected again for any flaws or defects before shipping. Be advised that if your item is listed in the description as arriving in its original packaging, I may carefully open the package and provide extra securing to the item to ensure it arrives to you safely. This excludes sealed, mint condition items - if the item is listed as sealed or mint condition, then it will arrive to you as described.

How quickly can I expect to receive my order?

- Orders placed Monday-Friday before 4pm will ship next day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday. Expect to receive your new treasure within 2-4 business days after shipping!

How can I track my order?

- After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to the email provided at checkout.

What carriers do you use for shipping?

- Orders are shipped either via USPS or UPS.
